1. take US Hwy 129 south 
2. turn left onto US Hwy 129B/GA 11B south
3. in Jefferson US Hwy 129B/GA 11B becomes Washington St.
4. JPC is located on the right at 243 Washington St.


From Athens:
1. take US Hwy 129 north to Arcade.
2. in Arcade, turn right onto GA 15/US Hwy 129B north to Jefferson.
3. in Jefferson, turn right onto GA 11.
4. turn left onto US Hwy 129B/11B north (Washington St.)
5. JPC is located on the left at 243 Washington St.
